Working as Senior Principal Scientist in the Metal Extraction and Recycling Division of CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur. A Postgraduate in Biotechnology (Specialization: Mineral Biotechnology) and PhD (Biochem. Engg.) in the area of Biohydrometallurgy of Indian Uranium ores. Current research area includes extractive metallurgy of critical, strategic and rare earth metals, hydro-biohydrometallurgy, process, mine and WEEE recycling, with +19 years R&D experience and 125 Publications in Peer Reviewed Journals, Conference Proceedings and Chapters apart from 7 edited books (as on August 2024).
